-Both Men's and Women's changing area equipped with benches, hooks, and bathroom. Shelves for bags and equitment.

-Fresh, bottled spring water unit for students..

- Heavy bags, hand-held targets, Resistance Training cords, jump-ropes, additional mats, speed bags, and sparring equiptment

Sa Bum Nim  
The Sa Bum Nim or Master Instructors of Eagle Spirit Academy are Master Stephen Emery and Master Bonnie Emery. Originally they obtained their Black Belts in Kempo under the instruction of Sifu Gary Swan in Galveston, TX. They began training at ESA soon after their two children began their jouney as white belts because they immediately recognized the opportunity to spent more time together as a family. Since that day, both of their children have attained Black Belts of their own.
