Heavy steel hair clamps are not allowed. All bands must be the same color as the belt.

Students are required to wear a shirt or full-coverage sports bra under their Do Bok.

Training uniform (Do Bok) must be neat, clean and wrinkle free

All uniforms worn in the Do Jang must have the Chung Do Kwan Patch

Headbands are allowed
